  We hosted a 12 person family birthday weekend here and had an amazing time. The house is absolutely incredible; it is so rare to find such a beautiful, special place to stay for so many people. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there's a great grill, so making meals for that many people was a cinch. Rhonda was super responsive to all of my questions going into the weekend, and she was an amazing hostess. We can't wait to come back and make this a family tradition!

  Awful person, awful lawyer, awful Guardian ad litem. Incredibly sexist and will defend and illegally give advise to the female in her cases. If you find yourself involved with this lady (if you can call her that) please ask the judge for another lawyer.

  My husband and I recently tied the knot in July at North Point Plantation. We couldn't have asked for a better venue! We were looking for a waterfront setting in King William and this place was perfect! Rhonda and Bill were incredibly welcoming from the beginning. We met several times before the wedding and chatted over some wine. They made certain that every detail was addressed from the start.   On the morning of our ceremony, the weather changed course and it started to rain. Thankfully, we were able to have the most beautiful, intimate ceremony on the covered back porch. Rhonda and Bill helped make the process seamless. We would recommend North Point to anyone looking for a gorgeous wedding venue or a cozy getaway by the Mattaponi!
